The girls loved this one! Kids just love pretending! We got out a maleta and we each said, "Voy de viaje y voy a llevar....unos zapatos." The next person had to say, "Voy de viaje y voy a llevar unos zapatos y....una cámara" and so on until we had a lot of things we were taking with us. I did have to bring out my dictionary because they brought out some interesting things to put in our suitcase (like a cutting board?) Then they helped me zip up our bag, we walked around the house and then got on the airplane (the couch), buckled up, had snacks and then landed. Of course, when we got to la casa de abuela, we had to unpack and name all the things we had brought with us. I know the girls will want to do this one again! Enjoy! If you play this, let me know how your kids like it!
Remember, the Maria Del Rey: Peanut Man CD giveaway ends tonight at midnight! So comment here if you haven't done so already! Did I mention there is another giveaway starting on Friday?

What a neat idea! I'll have to try this with our girls. This is creative and fun, and most importantly reinforces learning Spanish. Thanks for sharing this with us.
By the way, does anyone out there have any success stories or ideas they'd like to share about starting support group for children who are learning Spanish and their parents?
